Zhiyun M2SS jerky clip

Bonjour,
J'étais très content des performances de mon M2.
J'ai upgradé pour un M2S pour pouvoir alimenter ma SONY RX100M7 avec la batterie du Crane (pas terrible, voir autre post).
Par contre j'ai un pb d'un autre niveau : lorsque je zoom à fond avec la cam j'obtiens des clips complètement instables ! Ce problème n'apparaissait pas du tout avec l'ancien modèle.
Contact avec le support (chine) : demande maj firmware...aucun effet, balancing avec zoom déployé idem.
Je ne sais pas si c'est une panne ou un problème de réglage (j'ai un peu tout essayé sur les paramètres moteur.
Le pb sur un produit de ce type c'est d'identifier clairement un dysfonctionnement et d'envoyer en SAV (produit acheté sur Amazon, pas simple).
D'autres expériences ?

 

tu es probablement hors des specs PID des moteurs.
solution equilibrer le gimbal avec l'objectif deployé.

 

J’ai fait la balance avec ou sans le zoom déployé, même constat.
Sur un Rx100m7 le poids de l’objectif sorti est vraiment très faible.
Avec mon M2 aucun pb alors que les moteurs du M2S sont à priori plus puissants.

Donc mon Crane M2s fonctionne parfaitement et tous les stabilisateurs...ne stabilisent pas
C'est quand même étrange qu'avec mon M2 je n'avais aucun problème ! Je vais sans doute le reprendre même si le changement de batterie est beaucoup plis galère que sur le M2...
