Trouve plus le graveur !

My CD or DVD burner is not recognized by my Pinnacle software.

1) Please start to download and install the latest CD / DVD burner update from our website. / SVP d'abord téléchargez et instalez la dernière mise à jour de votre graveur de CD et DVD sur notre site.

2) On some systems where other burning software is also installed, it is possible that some parameters from the system registry are not set correctly. / Sur certains systèmes sur lesquels d'autres softs de gravure sont aussi instalés, il est possible que certains paramètres du système de registre soient mal installés.

Note:
- Uninstall Antivirussoftware / Désinstallez l'antivirus
- Please log in as Administrator / SVP loguez vous en qualité d'administrateur
- Cancel all not needed background tasks / Annulez toutes les tâches de fond inutiles

Please do the following (start with A. and if the problem is not solved, then try B.): / SVP, faites ce qui suit (démarrez avec A et si le problème n'est pas résolu, essayez B)

A) Click on Start and select Run / Cliquez sur démarrer et selectionnez Exécuter

Type C:\Windows\System32\PSDRVCheck and validate / Tapez C:\Windows\System32\PSDRVCheck et validez
NO DIALOG WILL APPEAR IF NO MODIFICATION IS REQUIRED / AUCUN TEXTE N'APPARAITTRA SI AUCUNE MODIFICATION N'EST NECESSAIRE
You will then see a window offering you to fix the problem / Ensuite vous verrez une fenêtre vous proposant de résoudre le problème
Click on YES / Cliquez sur OUI

Restart your computer and check if your burner is now available from your Pinnacle software / Redémarrez votre ordinateur et vérifiez si votre graveur est désormais disponible dans votre soft Pinnacle.

B) Uninstall all your other burning software including Pinnacle software e.g. Studio x, PCTV, Expression, MyMP3, … / Désinstalez tous les autres soft de gravage y compris le soft Pinnacle, par exemple Studio X, PCTV, Expression, MyMP3,...
- Click on Start and select Run / Cliquez sur Démarrer et sélectionnez Exécuter
- Type REGEDIT and validate / Tapez REGEDIT et validez
- Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CURRENTCONTROLSET\CONTRO
L\CLASS / Allez à ... (idem)
- Click on the 4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318 key
- Double click on the LowerFilter key and delete the current value
- Double click on the UpperFilter key and delete the current value

Click on Start and select Run
Type C:\Windows\System32\PSDRVCheck and validate [tout ça se comprend sans traduction]
You will then see a window offering you to fix the problem / Ensuite vous verrez une fenêtre vous proposant de résoudre le problème
Click on YES / Cliquez sur OUI

Restart your computer and check if your burner is now recognized by Windows. / Redémarrer votre ordinateur et vérifiez si votre graveur est désormais reconnu par Windows.

Install you Pinnacle Software / Installez votre soft Pinnacle

Your Recorder should be available from your Pinnacle software. / Votre Enregistreur ( ? ) devrait être disponible dans votre logiciel Pinnacle.

Reinstall your other burning software and Antivirus. / Réinstallez vos autres soft de gravage et d'antivirus.

Voilà une traduction rapide, à la volée. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi on parle d'enregistreur vers la fin. D'où mon interrogation.
