    I think i've been luky...
    I've put my reg info, but maybe some test have to been made...
    Comparing with your informations, the only things wich changes
    are "Microsec" and "LatencyByBIOS".
    I don't know what they do, but i've the feeling that these
    two values are the key to make the driver work.
    That make me remind that PCILantency is something in the
    BIOS...
    Maybe the right way to make the driver work is to put the
    correct "LatencyByBIOS" using the value in the BIOS
    (be careful betwen hex/decimal values....)...
    What is a little surprising for me in fact, it's that the first
    time i've succefully install the drivers, i was having the
    following results :
    Card worked at 2.3GHz and "50" for microsec.
    Division error at 3GHz with "50" for microsec. No division error
    with "d" for microsec at 3GHz, but card/drvier not working.

    And now, everything works fine at 3GHZ with "50"
    for microsec...:perplexe:

    I must admit i don't understand. Unfortunately, i've not keep
    the reg value of this first install. This could have been interesting
    to find out and try to explain the differences...
