    Bonjour à tous,
Je viens de poster ça sur Avid Community, si quelqu'un désire une traduction je la fais.

    "Hello all,

I am using Xpress Pro 5.6.3 and windows XP.

I just calibrated my screen using a sensor that generates a ICC color profile.

I load the profile at bootup.

Then when I use avid the colors when playing video are mismatched with the still image (still image is correct(ed), moving image is wrong).

I can try to correct it using overlay controls of the nvidia drivers but is it such a pain and I don't know what value to begin with. Would take a day at least to obtain something vaguely similar ! Such pain I tried to avoid by buying the sensor.

Is there no means avid can use the color correction profile while displaying overlay ?

Please help if you can, searched all the web, found nothing, asked sensor's builder, said avid is responsible."

    Au secours !

The image shift has two causes. One cause is due to the NVidia Driver Helper Service (nvsvc32.exe) being run in accordance with the Nvidia card. Avid recommends that this service be shut off as a default, as it can cause other display problems as well. The other cause is improper setting values of video image categories (Brightness, Contrast, Hue, Saturation, Gamma and Image Sharpening) in the monitor settings.

    1. Manually set your Nvidia Monitor settings in Display Properties.

    A) Navigate to the Overlay Control tab. Navigation will vary, depending on platform, but generally:

Right-click an empty area of the desktop > Properties > Settings Tab > Advanced > Quadro4 Tab > Overlay from the side popout.

    B) Set parameters to the following values:

    Brightness: 118

    Contrast: 110

    Hue: 0 (Default)

    Saturation: 100

    Gamma: 1.00 (Default)

    Image sharpening: far left (Default)

You may have to make further minor adjustments to these settings depending on your display.

    2. Disable the Nvidia Driver Helper Service (nvsvc32.exe).

This service can cause slow boots and shutdowns, color correction settings not to stick, as well as random odd UI behavior with windows positioning, etc. It can also prevent Photoshop's Gamma Loader from operating.

To disable: right click on My Computer-> Manage-> Services and applications -> Services-> Scroll down to the NVIDIA Driver Helper Service (it is called nvsvc32.exe), right click on Properties and change startup type to 'disabled,' and then right click again and chose 'stop.' Do not use Task Manager to stop this service, as the service will be restarted upon reboot.

Merci mais dans mon cas il va falloir que je tâtonne car ces valeurs ne donnent bien évidemment rien étant donné que le calibrage de l'écran s'est fait grâce à une sonde de manière personnalisée.
