i'd like to know if someone had problems with warranty.
Steven told me about the MACK warranty, but is not supported by official resellers and authorized service centres.
can you help me?

Moi, je viens d'envoyer à MACK le coupon de garrantie. J'attends avec impatience de la recevoir. Je t'en dirais plus à ce moment

It doesn't seem to be really efficient. One of the MACK guy told me i should be abble to register my warranty online, it was one month ago and i still can't. I'm also still waiting him to give me a list the french authorized dealers… If you're really want your camera to be under warranty, i don't think MACK is a good solution, for france. Anyway i sent my coupon back to them, but i don't expect any answers.
