probleme de transition

BONJOUR A TOUS
voici mon probleme : je n'arrive pas a ouvrir l'onglet transitions de pinnacle studio 7. Quand je clic dessus lorsque je suis en train de faire un montage dans "édition" studio 7 se ferme. Pouvez vous me dire pourquoi et que faire? merci de votre aide

 

j'ai windows 2000 et studio 7.11.30 , pour les autres question je sais pas , je debute en pc !!!!!!!!!! mais quand j'ai installé studio 7 sa marchait et plus maintenant

 

ps : j'ai 1 atlon 2000

 

J'ai telechargé et installé la version 7.15 et directX 9 hier soir et maintenant ca me dit qu'il me manque des divers . j'ai regarder sur pinnacle.com mais rien trouver . merci de me dire ce que je doit faire svp .

Pour connaitre rapidement la version et le niveau de Windows installé (Service Pack, patch) :

"Démarrer" / "Exécuter"

dans la boite de dialogue, saisir "winver" et valider en cliquant sur OK.

En principe, une boite de dialogue devrait s'ouvrir donnant tous les détails sur la version de Windows.

(Cette manip est valable aussi pour Windows XP et Windows NT4)

 

voilà c'est fait : mise à jour effectuée.
pour ce qui est de la version de windows 2000 c'est la version 5.0 (merci bambi !!!! )
pas de changement par rapport à studio

bon je vais te recopier ce qui ne va pas parce qu'apparement on ne peut pas copier coller ce fichier (même en passant par paint ça marche pas.....). Alors je pense qu'il te faut ce qui est <<<. alors voilà :

Bonjour,

J'ai exécuté "vercheck" et j'ai trouvé une vingtaire de fichiers avec "NO FILE". Les fichers en question c'est : 8-13-166 à 182-184-185-186. Je suis sous win xp mais j'ai pas partitionné en deux le disque dur pour séparer les programmes. Qu'est ce que je dois faire pour qu'il n'y ai plus marqué "NO FILE" ? Merci
