- un Beyer M88, célèbre et excellent hypercardioïde
- un AKG D224, excellent cardioïde "vintage" (voir doc ci-après)
- un REVOX M3500 (il s'agit en fait du M201 fabriqué par Beyer).

Here are some highlights:


AKG D 224 E has the 2 WAY CARDIOD dynamic microphone design. 2 cardiod microphone elements (1 for high and 1 for low frequency) phased together by a built in crossover network causing the perfect cardiod pattern independant of frequency. Due to a long low frequency sound path the usual proximity effect is completely absent. The built in 3 step bass-cut (O,-7,-12db, al 50 Hz) reduces low frequency noise. A hum compensation coil avoids pickup of magnetic stray fields. Robust metal housing. Satin nickel plated.
Since its frequency response is independant of distance and angle of sound incidence, the D 244 meets all the requirements for and uncoloured sound pickup in broadcast, TV, and recording studios. It is ESPECIALLY suitable for instruments with high sound levels and wide frequency ranges.
