DC30+ plante le pc à l'installation sous W98 SE

Problème Installation carte DC30 plus qui plante le PC.

Matériel : Pentium 4 – 2500 Mhz 512 Mo ram –
Carte mère ASUS P4PE.
Multiboot W98 SE + XP pro SP2.
3 DD: 1 dédié W 98 – 1 dédié Xp – 1 dédié Vidéo.
Carte Miro DC 30 plus, CD drivers DC30 acheté

J’ai essayé de réinstaller ma carte sous W98 SE pour faire des captures de video sur cassettes VHS et transférer en DVD. J’ai d’abord installé Première 5.0 et le driver 1.42. J’ai rebooté et ensuite arrêté pour mettre la carte dans un slot pci (tous disponibles). J’ai rebooté, le système a reconnu la carte et l’a installée jusqu’à l’invitation « redémarrer », ce que j’ai fait.
Au redémarrage, le système plante avec une fenêtre et un message « erreur MSGSVR32 » MICICI.DLL ???? J’ai installé les patches « fastpatch_dcxx_0d, 50 et 63 » avec aucune amélioration. J’ai changé de slot pci, sans amélioration, j’ai tout désinstallé et mis le driver 1.41a idem.
Je me suis décidé de faire l’installation sous Xp, sans conviction car les posts sur le forum relatent beaucoup de soucis. La carte s’est installée en 20 minutes avec le driver WDM2.0 et AMCap pour faire la capture : parfait, ça marche. J’importe le fichier Avi dans Première Pro2.0 et ça marche.
Alors de quoi il se plaint celui-là ? Et bien, quand je boote sur W98, à chaque fois le système reconnaît la carte DC30 et me demande de confirmer l’installation, il faut absolument que je réponde « non », sinon le pc bugg, et pour redémarrer il faut déposer la carte. Le problème c’est que d’autres personnes utilisent aussi le pc, et là c’est souvent le bug.
Pouvez vous m’aider à solutionner mon problème, merci beaucoup.
