Charger un contenu dans un lecteur pour internet

Bonjour a tous!
je debute dans l' html
je suis en train de créer une page internet avec un lecteur dedans.
a coté je voudrais mettre par exemple 2 boutons.
chaque bouton contiendrais une information qui donnerais l'ordre au lecteur de charger un contenu video ( ce que j'appelle contenu video c'est plusieurs videos de moins de 1Mo)
pourriez vous me donner un peu d'aide???
