I can't find anywhere on the site where it says that it's possible to export to MPEG-1 or MPEG-2 after the capture in DV with those cards. I'm looking forward to buy one of these cards but my purpose is to make MPEG's files for CD-Rom and DVD-Rom. Please give some answers !

I think it's not possible for the DV200/DV300 to work with mpeg files. It only work with avi files.

you can do that with premiere 5.1c + panasonic plugin (MPEG-1 export)
