I'm looking for a TV card doing
- PAL SECAM NTSC Support
- Stereo sound NICAM
- If possible Radio support
- Fully compatible with Linux video4linux API
Which card is the nearest to those requests ?

Hauppauge wint TV nicam is the one to be stéréo ?
