Adobe, bug mémoire insuffisante!

Première Pro 2 et After effects 7 me donnent des OUT OF MEMORY quand je fais des rendus !!

je sais que ce problème se règle peut-être de cette façon:

Mais au prix que ces logiciels coûtent, je pense que je n'ai pas à convertir mes vidéos avant de les importer.

je n'ai rien trouvé comme issue sur les forums d'Adobe. Beaucoup de gens semblent avoir ce problème mais personne n'a trouvé de solution... quelqu'un en a une ?

(j'ai un pentium dual core 2 - 2.13ghz, 2go de ram, ati all in wonder x1900)

i got a pentium dual core 2 (2x 2.13ghz)
with 2go of RAM and an ATI all-in-wonder x1900 video card

i also have a Realtek audio card, that caused few problems with premiere, but i've fixed them by updating my drivers

Now, i got some problems with PREMIERE PRO 2.0, and AFTER EFFECTS 7.0

when i have to render some files (for preview in premiere, and for making movie in AFX), i got OUT OF MEMORY ERROR

i've check in your forum, it seems that it's a reccurent problems with many peoples...
your software are "professionnals".... and i can't do my work 'cause they doesn't work !!!!

can you fix the problem please !
