The panhead can of course be unscrewed. There are three ultra-smooth axes for movement:
- left-right
- up-down
- tilt right

Special Feature:
The Panhead has a very practical, simple to use levelling function: Levelling a tripod by extending the legs of a tripod is sometimes a bit time consuming and awkward. With the TS Tripod XT you do not need to set up the tripod in an exact vertical orientation - you can move the panhead into a perfectly horizontal position within a few seconds! A circular level indicates when you have reached the perfect orientation. This is extremely practical if setup needs to be as quick as possible!!

Areas of Application:
Depending on the lever arm the tripod and panhead can carry up to approx. 8.5kgs easily.

This makes it perfectly suited:

a) for heavy and very heavy cameras and photographical and video equipment

b) for large binoculars

c) as alt-azimuth mount for spotting scopes, telescopes, Maksutovs with camera tripod connecting thread
